Chai Rooibos Bulletproof Latte
It's national KETO Day and we have a real treat for you.
CHAI ROOIBOS BULLETPROOF LATTE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Boiling water
- 3 Rooibos Rocks Chai Rooibos tea bags
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Almond butter
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Butter (optional)
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of Cinnamon
METHOD
- Carefully pour the boiled water into a heat resistant jug.
- Add your Rooibos Rocks Chai Rooibos Tea bags to the water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes until a deep red color is achieved.
- Remove the tea bags.
- Pour the tea into a blender.
- Add the vanilla, almond butter, coconut oil, butter, maple syrup and salt.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds until emulsified and creamy.
- Adjust sweetener if needed and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
- Serve immediately.
